Committees

Communication

This committee is responsible for all communications to include information for The SBEG  newsletter, coordinating with media outlets to ensure information share of SBEG meetings and sending emails to SBEG database about all meetings, alerts and special events. 

Events  Program Planning

This committee is responsible for the planning of monthly meetings and any special events. Duties include the coordination of guest speakers and negotiation of terms for any event outside regular meeting.

Outreach

This committee plans all projects outside of SBEG nornmal activities and other committees. This includes SBEG's participation in sponsorship or fundraising activities (for example charity, non profits, etc.) outside the organization.   

Fundraising

This committee designs and plans fundraisers that benefit SBEG members, grants and award programs.

Membership

This committee is responsible for coordinating membership activities, holding membership drives and checking members and guests in at monthly meetings.
